The relationship between you and a life coach is a relationship of equals, meaning that life coaches do not impose their own personal opinions on you or your life choices. As your life coach, I'll work in collaboration with you, making sure that the focus of coaching is exploring your well-being and personal goals.

Most importantly, the coaching relationship is built upon the setting and attaining of goals you hold most dear, and helping you discern the most optimal path in their achievement.
